Brennan's First Haircut!!!

It wasn't easy for me to to cut off Brennan's baby locks, but I finally did it. I feel like he is growing up so fast. I am trying to talk myself into the fact that he is a toddler and not a baby anymore!

This video cracks me up. Check out Brennan in the background doing his best Stevie Wonder impersonation. The best part is that, at the end, it becomes clear that all of his 'moves' come from the cool glasses, because when Madison takes them from him it is as if all of the 'power' goes out of him. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Portland, Oregon

My parents watched the kids last week, while Mike and I went up to Portland to check out a job opportunity. It was cold and wet, but we saw some amazing waterfalls and had a great time overall.

Smoothies...

We went to the mall last weekend and before we left we got smoothies to share..but the kids didn't have any intentions of sharing with mom and dad. They were in heaven! You would have thought blended berries and ice was the best creation in the history of mankind!

St. Augustine

Last weekend we drove to Daytona Beach, picked up the Edings, and drove up the coast to St. Augustine. St. Augustine is a cute little historic town with lots of fun shops. But, the biggest hit was the big grassy hill by the old fort. The kids loved it. They just wanted to run and roll and play. The grass was nice and thick too, so falls didn't phase them a bit.




Sadly, I don't think Madison really remembers our time in Russia, but somewhere in here little brain there must be a file that just knows when she is with someone from her 'Russia Family' because when we spent time with Angela she was as much herself as she is with just Mike and I at home. She LOVED spending time with her and talks about it all the time.

Under the Weather :(

Well, not a lot to send out from the Krieg house since the primary photographer/movie maker (that's me, Kristen!) has been stuck in bed sick. But I will share the few moments that I captured on film.
